Director, LMFT
Haeli Harris is a licensed marriage and family therapist, yoga and dance teacher, and founder of Senses Relationship Studio. With over 20 years of experience, she helps individuals and couples heal through a mindful, body-based approach to relationships, intimacy, and self-connection.
Her work blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic practices, and real-world tools to support those navigating life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges—including consensual non-monogamy.
Haeli creates a safe, welcoming space for deep healing, honest connection, and empowered embodiment.
