At Senses we believe healing begins in the body. Our online (and soon-to-be in person in Arizona and Utah) somatic movement experiences are created to help you build safety, presence and connection from within. Each session weaves mindful movement, breath and sensual awareness to support emotional regulation, soften held tension and rebuild self-trust in a way that feels gentle and real.

Rooted in trauma-informed movement and the mind-body connection, this work helps you feel more at home in yourself, more alive in your relationships and more confident in your sensuality. Whether you're reclaiming pleasure, restoring your relationship with your body or learning to slow down and listen inward, these practices guide you back to your senses — and to yourself.

A guided somatic movement experience designed to awaken your senses, invite pleasure and help you feel more at home in your body.

Each session blends breath, music and intuitive movement to explore sensuality as a source of power, joy and presence. It's not about how you look — it's about how you feel. Let go of pressure and perfection and discover what it's like to move from the inside out.

Offered online and open to all identities, Sensual Embodiment is a playful, body-centered practice that invites curiosity, confidence and deeper connection — one breath, one beat, one sensation at a time.

For Couples!

A sensual embodiment for couples who want to rekindle intimacy, deepen connection and bring more play into their relationship. Through mindful movement, shared breath and conscious touch this couples embodiment workshop invites partners to explore intimacy across emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions — while remembering how to stay young in love.

A trauma-informed movement series for those wanting to release shame, reclaim their bodies and come home to themselves. Through breath, mindful movement and embodied exploration we gently unravel old stories about safety, desire, worth, sex and expression and create space for new ones rooted in truth, softness and power.

*Supportive for those that have experienced sexual trauma & feel its impact in the body or in their intimate relationships.
