Healing, Connection and Embodiment Through Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) offers a powerful approach to healing that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. This work is designed for individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond insight alone and into deeper emotional, relational and embodied change.

Through the combination of ketamine, therapeutic guidance and body-based practices, you are supported in softening protective patterns, accessing new perspectives and reconnecting with yourself in meaningful ways.

All KAP offerings are facilitated by a licensed therapist serving Utah and Arizona, within a safe, structured and intentionally guided setting.

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses ketamine as a catalyst for insight, emotional processing and nervous system regulation.

When combined with skilled therapeutic support, KAP can help:

  • Reduce rigid thought patterns and internal defenses

  • Increase emotional openness and self-awareness

  • Support trauma healing and nervous system regulation

  • Deepen connection to your body and emotional experience

  • Create meaningful shifts in relationships and behavior

This is not about escaping your experience. It is about meeting it more fully, with support.
