sensual
embodiment
awaken. reclaim. reconnect | workshop for individuals
A guided movement experience to awaken your senses, reclaim your body and reconnect with your power.

Sensual Embodiment is a trauma-informed somatic healing class designed to help you soften into presence, deepen your connection with your body and explore your sensuality in a safe, shame-free space. This is a place for mindful movement nervous system regulation and embodied intimacy with yourself.

This isn’t a dance class or fitness routine. There are no mirrors, no choreography, no expectations—just intentional movement, breath and mindfulness practices that invite you to come home to yourself.

Each session weaves together:
-
Slow, intuitive movement
-
Breathwork and body awareness
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Mindful touch (with self or optional props)
-
Space for rest, journaling or gentle reflection
You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, listen inward and explore what pleasure, power and presence feel like in your body—moment by moment. This class supports somatic healing sensual movement and embodied self-connection for anyone wanting to feel more alive.
