Workshops for couples in consensual
non-monogamous relationships

Love doesn’t follow just one path—and neither do you.
Senses Open Together is a workshop created for couples exploring or practicing consensual non-monogamy (CNM) who want to strengthen trust, communication and emotional connection.

In a world that often misunderstands or stigmatizes CNM relationships, this space offers you a refreshing alternative: education, support and community that celebrates your unique dynamic. Whether you’re brand new to non-monogamy or have been navigating it for years, these workshops are here to help you grow—together.

Workshops are interactive, nonjudgmental and guided with care, blending relationship tools, mindful practices and real conversations. You’ll leave each one with new insights, shared language and practical tools to use in your own relationship.

Come as you are—curious, experienced, messy, figuring it out. Leave feeling more grounded, more connected and more open—together.
