This class, based on yoga and mindfulness, is designed to help you slow down, be present in the moment, and experience stillness with your partner. Connect on a deeper level, feel their touch, and allow your body, mind, and heart to feel safe again. Join us to strengthen your bond with your partner. No yoga experience (or flexibility) required. One booking is for one couple.
This is for any type of couple in any type of relationship. A partner is required to attend.
